INGREDIENTS FOR 4:
- Lemon flavored extra virgin olive oil
- 2 green broccoli
- 2 tablespoons of pine nuts
- Grated parmesan cheese
- Salt
DIRECTIONS:
1. Clean the broccoli by removing the stem and cutting the florets lengthwise to get slices almost an inch thick.
2. Put the broccoli in a bowl, rinse and pat dry (wet broccoli will steam in the oven and won't get crisp), season with lemon flavored extra virgin olive oil and salt.
3. Place the broccoli on a baking sheet without overlapping them and bake at 430F for 10 minutes.
4. Turn the slices of broccoli and add the pine nuts. Bake for another 8-10 minutes. Before serving, sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
