Spinach and lemon hummus with garlic infused olive oil

Again a healthy hummus as a side dish. This time with spinach and lemons. It only takes a few minutes to add some fresh greens to your dinner!

- 1 cup of cooked chickpeas
- 1/3 cup of water
- 3 tbsp. of lime juice (about 1 lime you can substitute for lemon)
- 1 tbsp. of Garlic Infused extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tbsp. tahini
- 2 cups of raw spinach
- Fresh parsley
- 1/4 tsp. ground cumin
- 1/4 tsp. of salt
- Chili flakes

1. Blend all the ingredients in a blender or a food processor until you get a creamy texture. You can adjust with water if you prefer a less dense texture.
2. Taste it and adjust with salt and spices.
3. Add a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil and a few chili flakes.
