Coconut and chocolate donuts with extra virgin olive oil

Ingredients for 10 pieces:

  • 4 Oz. flour
  • 2 Tbsp. of grated coconut
  • 1 egg
  • 1.7 Oz. extra virgin olive oil
  • 1.7 Oz. brown sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. of unsweetened cocoa
  • Baking powder


Directions:

  1. In a bowl, whisk together the egg with sugar.
  2. Add the yeast, extra virgin olive oil and whisk.
  3. Add the coconut, cocoa and flour. If needed, add 1/4 cup of milk.
  4. Pour the batter into the donut molds and cook at 340F for about 20/25 minutes.

Decorate the donuts with grated coconut and enjoy!!
