Pasta with tomato and burrata

Try this quick traditional recipe with the soft addition of the burrata.

Ingredients (serves 4):
- 11 Oz short pasta
- 1/2 onion
- Extra Virgin Olive Oil and  Chili & Garlic Infused Olive Oil
- Salt
- Pepper
- 15 Oz. canned tomatoes (or cherry tomatoes)
- 2 Burratas
- 7-8 basil leaves

Directions: 👇
🍝 chop half an onion and sauté in 3 tablespoons of Extra Virgin Olive Oil for 5 minutes or until it turns slightly brown

🍝 Add the tomato sauce (if you go for the fresh cherry tomatoes option chop them and add them to the pan)

🍝 Season with salt, pepper, a few basil leaves and a drizzle of oil and cook until it shrinks slightly

🍝 Cook the pasta in salted water and drain 2 minutes before it's ready

🍝 Add the pasta to the sauce and let the cooking finish in the pan

🍝 Plate, add the burrata, more basil, a drizzle of Chili & Garlic Infused Olive Oil and enjoy!
